Alkhalej Alzahabi provides air conditioning maintenance, cleaning and repair services, as well as carpet & sofa cleaning and water tank disinfection, within the Sultanate of Oman.
Booking and appointments
Appointments are confirmed after direct contact with our team via phone, WhatsApp, or the contact form. We honor agreed appointments, and any unexpected delays will be communicated to you in advance.
Pricing and payment
The final price is determined after a site visit or a precise description of the requested service, and the customer is informed of the price before work begins. No additional fees are applied without prior agreement.
Guarantee
We provide a guarantee on workmanship quality and replaced parts for the period agreed for each service. The guarantee does not cover faults resulting from misuse of the equipment or unauthorized third-party interference after service completion.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us with sufficient notice before the visit, at no additional charge.
Liability
Alkhalej Alzahabi is committed to performing services to a high professional standard, and is not liable for damages resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer regarding the equipment's condition or the site.
